Mrs. Usha Palwankar [ M.Sc. Microbiology ]
Founder and Managing Director, obtained a Master of Science in Microbiology and now pursuing Ph.D. in Environmental science from Pune University.
She has over 19 yrs of experience in the field of Microbiology, Food, & Water testing. Her technical expertise help Clients for setting up processes of new Food manufacturing unit & guide them in Research & Development activities. She also conducts various training programme for the corporate & hotel industry on Personnel & Food Hygiene, Food safety Standard, Kitchen safety & Kitchen Audits.
In the journey of 19 years carrier, she has participated in various workshops, seminars and training courses related to Microbiology, Biochemistry, Food & Water testing & NABL accreditation.
Mrs. Manisha Dange [ B.Sc. , B.M.Tech ]
A Quality Manager has over 25 yrs of experience across Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Radio immunoassay & Water testing.
As a Quality Manager she has been responsible for implementing the stringent ISO/ IEC 17025 Quality system to the functioning of Anushka Food & Water Testing Laboratories and keeps the laboratory upgraded and updated with the global trends.
In the journey of 25 years carrier, she has participated in various workshops, seminars and training courses related to Microbiology, Biochemistry, Food & Water testing & NABL accreditation.
